How to Change your Date Stamp

I noticed that the date on my post was showing day-month-year, while this is how most of Europe reads it, I like to have it as month-day-year. To fix this check your single post file, Main Index Template and your Page Template files for :

<?php the_time('d-M-y') ?>

and change it to

<?php the_time('M-d-y') ?>
